ESG strategy

The ESG strategy outlines the sustainability ambitions and objectives of the Amica Group across three areas: environmental (E), social (S), and governance (G) for all companies within the Group.

The strategy encompasses four time horizons: 2025, 2030, 2040, and 2050. The implementation of its objectives will undergo periodic evaluation and will be reported in accordance with the annual reporting standards of the Amica Group. The sustainable development goals adopted in the ESG Strategy support the business strategy of the Group and serve as a crucial tool for its execution.

Main Strategia ESG

“Our sustainability strategy is a natural extension of the initiatives we have undertaken in the past. For years, we have been engaged in eco-friendly practices that minimize our environmental impact, investing in modern and efficient technologies, and prioritizing the well-being of our people and teams. These efforts affect a wide range of our stakeholders, with whom we maintain regular and transparent dialogue. In our strategy, we communicate our goals and ambitions, aiming to illustrate our aspirations and the values that will guide us in the coming decades.”
